Basic Pistol

Basic pistol class takes place in a traditional classroom and range environment. Course topics include: gun safety rules, proper operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition knowledge and selection, pistol selection and storage, shooting fundamentals, pistol inspection and maintenance, marksmanship, and shooting range safety. Additionally, students will complete live fire training and a nationally standardized shooting qualification while on the range.

Tactical Pistol & Vehicle Defense
$150.00 (Include $25.00 range fee)
Basic Pistol class or equivalent is a prerequisite.
Students should already have a sound foundation in the use of the pistol. After a quick review of the fundamentals, the course will continue with advanced drills and move into timed stress events. The focus of this class will require students to have Carry Conceal Holsters. Topics will include, equipment setup, reloading, malfunctions, ready positions, shooting positions, close contact drills, shooting while moving, barricades, barrel sight relationship and support side shooting.

Most of us spend a lot of time in our vehicles. This class focuses on tactics and techniques that apply to situations where you are in and around your vehicle. We will cover carry methods and how to draw while seat belted in your car. You will shoot from vehicles. Learn how to fight your way out of and back into your car, truck or van.

Low Light Pistol Course
$150.00 (Includes $25.00 range fee), 5 hour course
This course will introduce the student to a variety of
low/no-light techniques for use in the real world. Prerequisite: the Basic Pistol Course or an equal course is required.

Flashlight or WML (Weapon Mounted Light); extra set of batteries; headlamps are recommended for getting around the range during downtime
